MTSU-1200 SHIATSU TECHNIQUES AND APPLICATIONS 2

Areas of the body covered include the upper back, posterior neck, and shoulders; mid and low back; posterior hips, legs and feet; arms and hands; face and head; chest, and the abdomen. Underlying energetic patterns of the Zang-Fu Organs, Qi and Blood, disharmonies, Yin and Yang imbalances and Pathogenic Factors are assessed and treated along with the musculoskeletal conditions to create a comprehensive, holistic, Root and Branch treatment. Breathing meditations, Qi Gong, and self-care exercises begin each class.
