6.4.3 Clinic Holidays

The University and CBI clinics should follow these procedures for the following holidays:

Memorial Day – 1:1 contracted, earned clinic hours

Independence Day – 1:1 contracted, earned clinic hours. Should the University choose to add additional days off this may be amended.

Labor Day – T10’s Only – 1:1 contracted, earned clinic hours.

Columbus/Indigenous Peoples’ Day – DeRusha Only – 1:1 contracted, earned clinic hours. All others attend clinic.

Thanksgiving and the following Friday – 1:1 contracted, earned clinic hours.

Christmas Day – 1:1 contracted, earned clinic hours. Should the University choose to add additional days off this may be amended.

New Year’s Eve – TAC will be used, unless the University chooses to add additional days off this may be amended.

Martin Luther King, Jr Day – DeRusha Only – 1:1 contracted, earned clinic hours.

Presidents Day – DeRusha Only – 1:1 contracted, earned clinic hours.

**If the faculty clinician determines other days off in the clinic, follow the procedures outlined under section 6.5.1**.
