HPC-1002 THE ART OF PERSUASION
All human communication tries to have some kind of effect on an audience. This course will give students information and skills related to the art of persuasion. Students will learn basic principles, theories, and techniques, and will study how deeply persuasion is embedded in every area of human endeavor. They will become better persuaders, as well as more skeptical consumers of other people's attempts at persuasion.
