BSC-6101 BIOCHEMISTRY 1

This course offers a foundational look at the structure and function of proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, nucleic acids and vitamins. The function and regulation of enzymes is studied, followed by a detailed look at aerobic cellular respiration. The lab includes methods of separation and identification of biochemical constituents.
