Misconduct

The University has the right and responsibility to determine the appropriateness of student behavior. Issues of alleged misconduct will be reviewed and investigated by the Dean of Students, or their designee, and may be referred to and reviewed by the Behavioral Standards Committee. The University is committed to cooperating with Federal, State, and local authorities to enforce existing laws and regulations.
