AWM-6107 TOPICS IN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
This course identifies common behavioral health disorders that licensed acupuncturists may see in general practice. This course teaches students how to recognize common clinical presentations, understand basic pathophysiology of these conditions, and understand standard interventions for the treatment and management of behavioral health disorders from an integrative care perspective. Topics covered include stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, and others.
