PRS-6101 INTRODUCTION TO PRACTICE MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS BASICS
In the first of two Practice Management classes, students are provided an entry level introduction of basic business management principles including: MN business entities, basic accounting principals and budgeting, finance, insurance and legal issues, demographic research, marketing strategies, ICD coding and insurance reimbursement. Although this course is an overview of business management principals, emphasis will be placed upon acupuncture clinical practice management.
