CED-8702 CLINICAL INTERNSHIP 2
The second internship prepares interns for assessing, managing, and treating the general public population in various health care settings. Learners continue to apply and refine all elements of patient care as they intern with faculty clinicians in NWHSU health system. Interns receive regular formal and informal feedback through intern outcome assessments to document their skills providing interns with a profile promoting reflection and growth. Students rotate through the Human Performance Center (HPC) as part of this internship to further refine their active and passive care skills. The lecture component of the course focuses on further developing documentation, billing and coding, and inter-professional care.
