CLE-8514 DAC CLINICAL INTERNSHIP 14
DAc Clinical Internship 14 is a DAc Phase 5 clinical internship where students participate in all facets of patient care, including needling and herbal prescription, under the direct supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor. Students in DAc Phase 5 are building on the practice management skills they have learned with a focus on refinement of diagnostic skills, treatment planning, and the clinical management of complicated clinical cases. DAc students in Phase 5 will be able to prescribe and modify herbal formulas for complicated clinical presentations, determine appropriate case management from an eastern and western medical perspective, manage herb/drug interaction, manage formula modification confidently, and demonstrate proficiency in technical skill independently.
