PSY-1001 GENERAL PSYCHOLOGY
This course introduces students to the field of psychology, the scientific study of human behavior, cognition, and emotions. This survey course covers fundamental psychology concepts and theories. The course familiarizes students with psychological research methods and psychology subfields such as developmental psychology, social psychology, psychological disorders (abnormal psychology), and personality psychology. This course is considered a Social Sciences General Education course.
