CFS-6250 INTEGRATIVE PATHOPHYSIOLOGY & BIOMECHANICS IN HEALTH CARE 2

This course continues the in-depth exploration of the interplay between biomechanics, homeostasis, and pathophysiology in healthcare. Students will focus on cervical spine anatomy and neuropathology associated with cervical spine injuries. Neuroscience principles of neuropharmacology associated with central and peripheral diseases are introduced. Participants will use critical thinking skills to differentiate between central and peripheral system pathological presentations. Cases studies are used to demonstrate more complex presentations of somatic conditions.
