Mock Registry

 

Mock Registry Exams:

You will receive two, 200 question mock examinations. One at the end of CE1 and again during CE2. This exam will count for 5% of your CE1 and 5% of your CE2 grade. Your Clinical Coordinator will load this exam into Moodle. Your clinical supervisor will be aware of this exam in advance and he/she will proctor this test or put you in a private space to complete. Any incorrect answers on these mock exams will be your job to look up the correct answers.

 

Student Requirements for Clinical Education

  1. Orientation to the department and safety policies must be performed within the first week of clinical education. Time spent in orientation is included in the total clinical training hours.
  2. During Clinical Education, the student will be evaluated based on entry-level competencies in all required areas. After successful completion of the program, the student will be eligible (with appropriate ARRT background/ethics clearance) to sit for the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) certification examination.
  3. The student is required to send all paperwork to the Radiation Therapy Clinical Coordinator. Forms are included in this handbook and must be copied as needed. Direct all correspondence envelopes to the RTH Clinical Coordinator.

 

NINE MONTH GRADED REQUIREMENTS:

 

RTH2290 (CE1)

  1. Performance Evaluations (50%)
  2. Monthly Competencies Completed—must have 5 per month at least (10%)
  3. All monthly paperwork submitted via DropBox (10%)
  4. Quality Assurance Presentation (20%)
  5. Mock Exam 1 (5%)
  6. Safety sign-off sheet (5%)

 

RTH3291 (CE2)

  1. Performance Evaluations (50%)
  2. Monthly Competencies—must have 5 per month at least (10%)
  3. Case Study (20%)
  4. All monthly paperwork submitted via DropBox (10%)
  5. Entry Level Form (5%)
  6. Mock Exam 2 (5%)
  • ·Late paperwork will result in a 10% reduction in that month’s grade.
