Graduation Requirements

Successful completion of all requirements in the program of study.
ˑ Successful completion of all program-specific coursework with a grade of “C” or better.
ˑ Successful completion of General Education coursework.
ˑ Successful documented attendance and completion of all required Clinical Training hours and requirements.
ˑ Successful completion of all other assigned tasks by both faculty and the clinical coordinators.
ˑ The completion of an exit interview with the clinical coordinator.
