Accidental Needle Stick
If an accidental needle stick occurs, the student will:
- Immediately notify the clinical training instructor.
- Follow the department protocol for incident.
- Send a copy of the signed hospital incident form to NWHSU clinical coordinator.
- Notify the clinical coordinator.
- Complete the NWHSU Incident Reportform and send to the clinical coordinator.
