Fluoroscopy by Students

Fluoroscopy and Mobile Operation by Radiologic Technology Students

• Students must adhere to the regulations established by the Department of Health Ionizing Radiation Rules (section 4730.2150, Chapter 4730, pages 94-101) concerning the use of fluoroscopic equipment by radiologic technologist.
• Students may not expose a patient to X-rays in the fluoroscopic mode for any reason or circumstance without the proper supervision.
