Confidentiality

All student records shall be maintained in accordance with the provisions of the "Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974"
All student records accumulated are considered confidential and kept in a locked file. The contents of a student's file are not revealed to any unauthorized person without the student's knowledge and written consent. Students may review any records, which pertain to them during regular office hours. Any records maintained by the clinical affiliates concerning individual students are subject to the same considerations regarding confidentiality, security and availability.
