Monthly Evaluations

Directions

• Student evaluations are designed to evaluate and measure student development appropriate to the level of student experience.
• The clinical instructor is required to complete the evaluation or a staff radiologic technologist approved by the clinical instructor.
• The clinical instructor must review the evaluation with the student.
• If a radiologic technologist completes the evaluation, the clinical instructor is required to review and sign the evaluation as well.
• Any area of the evaluation receiving an average score of 2.9 or below, may result in a remediation plan including additional clinical training and/or on campus remediation.
